SQL Server 2005 express MSXML6

I installed MS SQL 2005 express first (no problem) and then I uninstalled it. I download the MS SQL 2005 express advanced and install it. But the installer appears two error messages. First error is : PC : Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) is either not installed or is disabled.
